Could not recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is commendable, and the staff is friendly. not everything was flawless. Rooms were smaller than expected, and cleanliness was inconsistent. Cockroaches? Housekeeping should be regular, not by request. The elevator needs an upgrade, and the bathroom tap leaked. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the kitchenette, but the dishwasher didn’t work, and the refrigerator was noisy. Pricing was misleading; the deposit caught me off guard. There’s potential in this hotel, but it requires significant updates and attention to detail. I hope management prioritizes these concerns.

Location is close to parks and restaurants. The room was spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids, with a comfy king-size bed.

Homewood Suites offers an excellent location near numerous restaurants and attractions. The spacious living area made our stay comfortable, and the pool was a nice way to unwind after park visits. Complimentary coffee and light snacks added a nice touch to our experience.

Upon checking into Homewood Suites, I immediately noticed the helpful front desk staff who quickly resolved an initial overcharging issue. The room itself was comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool and a plush bed that made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. there were some disappointments during my stay. The room had its share of maintenance issues, with a malfunctioning dishwasher and toaster that triggered the fire alarm. The fridge was quite noisy, and the couch had visible stains that made me hesitant to sit and relax. the lack of daily room servicing was a downside, as was the confusion over deposit refunds and the need to chase up room cleanings. The cleanliness of the hot tub and pool left much to be desired, and finding dark hairs in the sheets upon turn-down service was a letdown.

I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and the convenience of being near the Orange County Convention Center and major theme parks. The suite with a dining and living area had a comfy sleeper sofa—an elite establishment indeed!

Had a memorable xmas stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful. The one-bedroom apartment setup with kitchen appliances was convenient. Located in the heart of the city with renowned restaurants nearby.
Some areas of the building felt outdated and would benefit from upgrades, like the elevator and shower facilities. The bed sizes were a bit small for families, and the fragrance at the reception didn't appeal to everyone.

My friends and I had a blast hanging out at the hotel's sports and entertainment facilities - we were never bored! Plus, being near the theme parks was epic, we could easily hop over for some wild rides whenever we wanted. The hotel's location in the entertainment district was totally lit!
Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for parties - like a rooftop deck or a hip lounge with DJ vibes. That would've taken our vacay to the next level.

we had a great stay at Homewood Suites. the suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and good wifi access. we enjoyed the free snacks and drinks, and the TV had a nice variety of channels. the hotel's location on I drive was convenient, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. the AC worked well, and the pool was peaceful. the free shuttles to Disney and Universal were useful, as was the weekday manager's reception. the room was very clean, and the daily maid service was appreciated.

homewood suites was a good stay. the room was pretty clean and spacious. the front desk lady was great. the location was good and the hotel offered free park transport. the facilities - like the pool & jacuzzi - were great. the complimentary toiletries and tampons & pads were a nice touch.

I chose this hotel to be close to the ICON Park, and it exceeded my expectations. The wide range of amenities, including the reception with multilingual staff, pleasantly surprised me. The hotel's proximity to dining establishments and retail outlets was also a big plus.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect for us as bike riders, with everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fantastic breakfast buffet and happy hour. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. With its proximity to the premium outlet, airport, and theme parks, it was the ideal choice for our family vacation.
That the room we initially booked didn't have the right size bed, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to the correct room on the second night.
